
EPIPHANY Media was my own consultancy offering advice exclusively to media CEOs.
The aim was to use my experience to offer them insights on diversification and highlight online opportunities, and to improve my contacts book and gain a broader perspective of the media market during a time of flux.
I worked with DMG Radio, Macquarie Radio Network, Ticketek and elements of News Limited and PBL over eight months.
Perhaps my greatest successes were integrating Ticketek into Ninemsn and helping DMG Radio develop its digital strategy.
I also worked on future business plans, revenue modelling, change management, content syndication deals, cross-media marketing and due diligence checks on business plans and potential acquisitions.
